Designing for ADHD benefits Everyone! I can help creating calming and organized spaces that support individuals with ADHD in their daily lives. Some might say that ADHD brains have superpowers such as hyper-focus and creativity. Knowing this, we can find creative solutions for the built environment to support these gifts and make ADHD-friendly spaces. It is important for designers to have a holistic approach to design that addresses mental and physical needs.

Many of the traits that individuals with ADHD present are shared with other neurodivergent populations. 1 in 10 people are neurodivergent, that is about 20% of the world's population (Nesbitt, K. V., & Friedrich, C., 2002).

- Bringing the outdoors in

Studies have shown that being close to nature reduces ADHD symptoms.
